Drove to Beverly Hills today to catch a matinee of Invincible the Musical, a modern retelling of Romeo and Juliet with Pat Benatar songs. The show played its closing performance this evening. The show didn’t work for me, but some crazy talented singers comprised the cast. It was my first time seeing a show at 500 seat Bram Goldsmith Theater at The Wallis, a venue I’d return to in the future.
