Ashley’s hand got caught in a door yesterday as it was closing. She was hysterical. I felt awful for her. Well, I felt awful for her… up until the point when she began faking mini seizures from the pain.
The seizures miraculously stopped after I extended her bedtime by half an hour.
And just think…she hasn’t even reached her tween years yet. It’s only going to get worse. 
Ashley is so excited to play an orphan in Annie.

They boys have been so patient. Been a crazy week…. Today was the earliest we could take them to see the latest Star Wars movie. The Rise of Skywalker was kind of a mess, but it was hard story to pull off once Carrie Fisher died. 🙁
I was driving the kids to school today and glanced at Timmy to discover tears streaming down his cheeks. I asked him why he was upset, and he said, “Because we have to say goodbye to the Skywalkers this week.” My sweet, sensitive, nerdy boy who reacts to certain things with ten times the emotion of others.
